Recently purchased from Canopy the awesome Fatboy Bagus with every accessory possible including a 2nd long range battery. I absolutely love this bike it’s well balanced and a high quality build despite being mass produced. It also has a huge range of 75 klms plus on a single charge. The inbuilt front and rear lights are awesome and guarantee a safe ride. I had a terrific customer experience with both Terrie and Dave who helped me no end to spec the bike and then have it delivered to Broome. My afternoons at the beach will never be the same now I can cart a full days kit including an esky, chair and umbrella 🏖️ Most definitely a 5 star service experience by the canopy team - thanks guys….Highly Recommend.
What an amazing customer service experience… just when I thought customer service was dead. I spoke with wonderfully helpful lady (Terrie I think) and even though she couldn’t help me with my window problem she went out of her way to listen and to provide details of another company that may be able to help me she also taught me how to find my canopy brand and part number … she was awesome.
Had a Roller Cover fitted to my Silverado. Experienced really good service and spent the time upon collection running through the system to ensure I knew exactly how to use it properly. Very happy
